The Tidwell Group’s fifth floor office space required a complete gut and remodel with a rather tight turnaround. With just 90 days to complete the project before the client’s pre-established move-in date and the start of the accounting firm’s tax season, Rives’s diligent project management was crucial to upholding the accelerated schedule.

We ordered many of the project components, such as the specialty Italian light fixtures, in advance to ensure an on-time delivery, coordinating with our vendors to avoid backlog issues. Despite the accelerated schedule and numerous unforeseen obstacles, the Tidwell Group’s bright and beautiful space was completed on time.
