Southern Sky Aviation

With the rise in tourism and private aviation traffic in the Panama City, Florida area, Southern Sky Aviation sought to build a high-end Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). Rives served as the general contractor for the project, which included developing an overall site of 13 acres and constructing over 10 acres of new ramp, an 11,000 square-foot terminal, and 68,000 square feet of hangar space in three separate buildings.
