As the general contractor for Growth Capital Partners, Rives Construction completed a full renovation of the 15th floor of a high-end office space in downtown Birmingham. This office space was the second project Rives and William Blackstock Architects worked on together for this client.

The existing structure, location of the HVAC equipment and ceiling and deck heights required careful coordination to achieve the client’s desired architectural look. Despite these and other challenges, Rives was able to successfully complete the project on time.
