Baker Donelson

Rives demoed two floors of the 1901 Sixth Avenue Building in downtown Birmingham and completed a build out of Class A office space for national law firm Baker Donelson. Baker Donelson’s goal was an office space that accommodates today’s hybrid work culture while also providing an exceptional client experience. The space is 36,000 square feet over two floors, and it includes a floor for welcoming clients, attorney offices and support areas, workspaces, collaborative areas, a lounge, and a café complete with a catering kitchen.
