Lakeview Marina

Rives served as the general contractor for Lakeview Marina, an adaptive reuse project in Birmingham. Our team repurposed a former warehouse and retail structure to create multiple tenant spaces, including Seasick Records and Birmingham Classic Cuts, as well as Birmingham’s first listening lounge, High Dive. The Music Park can host 500+ concert-goers with food and drink service onsite and connection to the listening lounge.
