Project Facts

Rives served as the general contractor for the construction of a four-story office building and all site improvements on a three-acre project site. Rives overcame a difficult sloping site by installed two retaining walls, a soil nail wall and MSE retaining wall, in tandem to ensure a level building pad upon completion.  Due to the limited access to the west elevation of the building during construction, Rives implemented the use of swing stages to construct the entire west elevation comprised of metal studs, sheathing, a curtain wall window system, and ACM metal panels.
