Nelson Brothers – St. Paul

We were thrilled to partner with Nelson Brothers to build a new manufacturing and distribution facility located in the Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia tri-state area. The facility services the central and eastern United States, and it sits on a 1,185-acre site on the banks of the Ohio River. Our team worked with the client to construct four buildings: a plant/admin building, lab/boiler building, mechanic’s shop building and driver’s lounge building. Nelson Brothers was founded in 1956.
